CPCB Registrations
To comply with CPCB regulations, all plastic producers, plastic importers, and brand owners utilizing plastic are required to register on the CPCB Portal.
There are two types of memberships available:
- PIBOs (Producer-Integrated Brand Owners)
- PWP’s (Plastic Waste Processors), including recyclers and co-processors.
Step-1
Provide the company’s basic information and upload the necessary documents.
Step-2
Submit detailed data regarding the plastic or plastic packaging materials used in your products based on your sales figures from the last two financial years. Additionally, provide vendor-specific data on procurement for the past two years. Make the required online payment as per the fee structure provided on the portal.
Step-3
Address any queries raised by CPCB, if applicable, and submit the required details.
